Terms of service

Terms of Service

Effective 27 September 2026. These terms apply to purchases from tryregime.com.

1. Your seller and contact details

Régime Collective is a trading name of MAXFUL GROUP LTD, a company registered in Scotland, number SC858215. Registered office: Office 31, 18 Young St, Unit Lge, Edinburgh, EH2 4JB, United Kingdom. Email support@tryregime.com for product, order, delivery or return enquiries. Our registered office identifies the business and is not an automatic parcel-return address.

2. Products and ordering

Read the product description, measurements, materials, options and care information before ordering. Colours may appear differently on screens; this does not remove your right to goods that match their description. Check your items, delivery address, email, currency and total before submitting payment. Contact us promptly if you notice a mistake.

After checkout we send an order confirmation to the email provided. Keep it as a record of your purchase. If we cannot fulfil an item, we will tell you promptly and refund the payment for it. We will not substitute another item or increase an agreed price without your agreement. An automated stock or pricing error does not remove any rights you have under applicable law.

3. Prices, payment and promotions

Prices are displayed in the selected currency. Review the final amount and any itemised delivery or tax charges before paying. Available payment methods appear at checkout. Promotional codes are subject to their stated eligibility, minimum spend and combination rules; using a discount does not reduce your return or consumer rights.

Free standard shipping covers transport only; it does not include customs duties, import taxes or carrier clearance fees. Where applicable and not collected at checkout, these charges are payable by you, the recipient, to the customs authority or carrier before or on delivery. The amount depends on the destination, product classification, origin and customs value.

Any taxes we are legally required to collect at checkout will be shown there. Charges already collected for the same import should not be paid twice; email support@tryregime.com if a carrier requests a duplicate payment. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

4. Fulfilment and delivery

Our supply partners fulfil orders, and items may arrive in separate parcels. Available services depend on the products and destination. Processing and carrier transit are separate; estimates depend on the item, stock location and route. Read our shipping information and shipping policy. Contact us before placing a time-sensitive order if a suitable estimate is not available.

We do not guarantee an event or holiday arrival unless we expressly agree it with you. We remain your seller and point of contact for delayed, missing or damaged deliveries. Delivery estimates do not override an agreed delivery commitment or statutory deadline. If we cannot meet a delivery obligation, we will explain the available remedies, including cancellation or refund where required.

5. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our refund policy explains the 14-day change-of-mind request window for new purchases, cancellation rights, return costs and refunds. Submit requests through your customer account or support@tryregime.com. You do not need to give a reason to exercise a statutory cancellation right.

We review the request and provide the appropriate return address and instructions; returns may need to go to an authorised warehouse in China. Do not send parcels to the original sender or registered office without instructions. Your cancellation notice takes effect when received and does not depend on supplier approval. Where UK or EU online cancellation rights apply, you may notify us within 14 days after delivery of the last item and have a further 14 days to send the goods back, with applicable extensions preserved.

We charge no restocking fee. Change-of-mind return postage is normally paid by you where lawful; we cover reasonable necessary return costs for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods. The change-of-mind window does not limit mandatory remedies for product problems. Our obligations to you do not depend on reimbursement by our suppliers.

6. Accounts, privacy and support

Provide accurate information and protect access to your customer account. Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Our automated assistant can help with general questions; send order-specific or unresolved matters to support@tryregime.com. Automated answers do not override these terms or your legal rights.

7. Your rights and future changes

Nothing here excludes or limits any right, remedy or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer protections applicable to your purchase take precedence. Any changes to these terms apply to future purchases and do not retrospectively reduce rights for an earlier order.
